Riverflow Community-providing housing options for adults with intellectual disabilities

Hannah Schwartz, Executive Director of Riverflow Community joins us to discuss the growing need in Vermont for housing for aging individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Riverflow Community is a non-profit 501(c)(3) founded in 2023 and began providing housing for it's four founding friends in 2024 in Monkton and is planning for expansion in the years to come.
