The City of South Burlington Sextons oversee the City's two cemeteries. The Eldridge Cemetery is located on Airport Parkway (near the airport) and The Shelburne Road Cemetery and is located Olive Garden Restaurant and The Saturn Dealership. The City Sextons keep all the records including plot locations, sales, etc. On Saturday, the Sextons recruited South Burlington Rotary and two BSA Scout troops sponsored by the club - Troop 611 (boys) and Troop 6110 (girls) - to assists. Last years work paid dividends with clean and readable stones. This year the Sextons tackled another section and we are looking forward to seeing the results in the coming months. Enjoy the photos.
