Hannah Schwartz, Executive Director of Riverflow Community joins us to discuss the growing need in Vermont for housing for aging individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Riverflow Community is a non-profit 501(c)(3) founded in 2023 and began providing housing for it's four founding friends in 2024 in Monkton and is planning for expansion in the years to come. |
