Join in on the fun at the M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon & Relay, Vermont's largest single-day sporting event, every Memorial Day Weekend.
Whether you do the full marathon, a half marathon as part of the 2-person relay, or gather a crew for the 3 to 5-person relay, there is a place for you out on the course. The two-loop 13.1 mile course features some of the best of the City of Burlington, including the Church Street Marketplace, five miles of each loop on the bike path along Lake Champlain with views of the Adirondacks, and running through four of Burlington’s beautiful parks. The start and finish are both located at Waterfront Park, making for easy race-day logistics and a perfect finish-line festival to celebrate your accomplishments.
